New York, NY, January 13th, 2023 - LBB Industries ("LBB" or the "Company"), a private holding company focused on building businesses over the long term, today announced the promotion of Jonathan Holden to Principal and Sean Patel to Vice President, effective immediately.

Mr. Holden, who has been with LBB since 2015, and Mr. Patel, who joined the Company in 2020, will continue to assume leadership roles in evaluating new opportunities as well as working closely with the talented executive teams of its affiliate businesses to help create value for all stakeholders.
